Randall is a certified flooring inspector through the International Floor Covering Inspectors Institute (IFCII) and currently serves as a Warranty Manager at Carpet Diem, where he has worked for over three years. With extensive hands-on experience, Randall specializes in assessing a wide range of flooring concerns.

His inspection expertise spans carpet, laminate, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), engineered hardwood, and tile. Known for his practical insight and problem-solving ability, Randall is adept at identifying the root cause of flooring issues and determining the appropriate path to resolution.

In addition to his inspection work, Randall is skilled in laminate and LVP plank removal and replacement, gap correction, and conducting shower pan tests. As an independent inspector, he is available for residential and commercial inspections throughout the Utah area.
